We also use a hidden honeypot field to detect automated spam submissions.

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide estimates, schedule and perform work, and communicate about your project. We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond following up about your specific request.
How We Store Your Data
Text messages, emails, and form submissions are stored on Vincent's personal phone and email account. Photos you send are used only to assess the scope of work and provide an estimate. We do not store your information in any third-party database or CRM. Uploaded photos are delivered as email attachments and are not kept on web servers or cloud storage after the email is sent.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. Your contact details and project photos are never shared with other businesses, advertisers, or data brokers. Email delivery is handled by Resend, a transactional email service, solely to forward your estimate request to our inbox. If a project requires a referral to a licensed specialist, we will ask your permission before sharing any details.
Cookies and Analytics
This website may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data such as page views, referral sources, and general location. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using a browser extension or enabling Do Not Track in your browser settings.
Phone Calls and Texts
When you call or text us at (424) 333-2303, your phone number and any messages you send are stored as part of standard phone and messaging functionality. We use this information only to communicate with you about your project.
Photo Retention and Deletion
Photos submitted through the estimate form are attached to the email sent to our business inbox. They are not stored on any web server or shared file-storage service. If you would like copies of your photos deleted, or want to know what information we still have, contact us at vincent@tampahandyman.pro or (424) 333-2303 and we will remove them from our email account and devices to the extent technically possible.
Security and Spam Protection
Our estimate form includes server-side validation, file-type and file-size limits, a maximum number of uploads, and a hidden honeypot field to block automated spam. We also apply a per-IP rate limit to prevent abuse. We do not request or store payment information through this website.
Your Rights

Children's Privacy
